Hi, I am Ajay Kalra. I have had a long journey of self-discovery. It has culminated in the realization that the essence of life is Life itself. Most of us are so preoccupied with life situations, that we forget our life situation is happening only because we are alive.
Mindfulness is the practice of getting in touch with the life in us. When we are conscious of our Consciousness we unite with the Universal energy. This is also known as meditation and yoga. Consciousness brings healing, creativity, intuition, and fulfillment effortlessly.
I teach mindfulness. What I share stems from my experience. I simplify spirituality and make it engaging for the modern mind. I am candid about sharing from my life, in the hope that it inspires others to take greater responsibility for their happiness.
