Hi, I am Ajay Kalra. I have had a long journey of self-discovery. It has culminated in the realization that the essence of life is Life itself. Most of us are so preoccupied with life situations, that we forget our life situation is happening only because we are alive.

Mindfulness is the practice of getting in touch with the life in us. When we are conscious of our Consciousness we unite with the Universal energy. This is also known as meditation and yoga. Consciousness brings healing, creativity, intuition, and fulfillment effortlessly.

I teach mindfulness. What I share stems from my experience. I simplify spirituality and make it engaging for the modern mind. I am candid about sharing from my life, in the hope that it inspires others to take greater responsibility for their happiness.

Mindful living classes and Ajay's teachings changed the way I see life,life situation,relationships,changed the way I see myself,accept and express my feelings,live more in the present and finally I realised that my mind can be my best friend or my worst enemy and this is all up to me.I highly recommend this classes for everyone interested in self growth and better living.

I joined Ajay’s Mindful Living classes when I was suffocated by the cobweb of How I Should Be(According to our Scriptures,Yog-Sutras,Sanskaras from the parents) in front of the world and not what I am. I learnt acceptance of being sad, being angry,being upset and being vulnerable. Ajay plays many roles like A Guru,A Mentor,A Teacher,A Friend to make me express my heart,to explore different ideas and to become mindful about each moment,me as consciousness. I breathe freely now and can’t thank you enough,don’t have words to express my gratitude Ajay. May God shower good health,wealth,love and all good luck. 🙏

Ajay Sir is a great teacher. His teachings skills are very unique. He makes us realise many things in many little ways. He is so much more than a teacher for us. He has been our mentor, our support and our guide. He has set a great example for all of us to follow, inspired us to be better people and to always strive to do our personal best. Would recommend people to attend his classes on various topics of personal growth including mindfulness, meditation, emotional well-being, healthy habits and developing meaningful relationships.

I' started Mindful Living classes when I was totally lost in life, ashamed of my shortcomings and hated myself for being not so perfect yoga teacher. That's when Ajay made me realise through his understanding and life experiences that we have to stop battling with our failures and shortcomings and just accept them with grace.This acceptance itself brings about a huge shift in lifes meaning and purpose and drops the delusion of chasing happiness and perfection. It bring about a queer peace that perfection robs us away from.Thanks Ajay for being an amazing coach and teacher😊🙏

I met Ajay Sir during my Yoga Institute Teacher training program. I was going through a difficult patch addiction, heart-break, confusion related to career. Ajay sir was patient enough to know all the history and I did not feel any fear or discomfort to share it.The knowledge, advices and the discussion transformed my life and continues to do so.I'm grateful I met Sir at the right time. Where I needed the most.Just as a tiny flame, destroys darkness. A guru in life, removes wrong knowledge and perceptions.Just as a wind clears the clouds and blue sky is made visible, a guru brings mental clarity and self-knowledgeJust as an oasis in a desert. A guru makes your life of full of nourishment and abundance. Bringing end to the illusory world. 😊I wouldn't say thank you. Will just carry on the teachings and take the bright torch ahead. 🙏

Ajay facilitated the 21 Day Yoga course for myself and my family at The Yoga Institute in 2017 and 2018. He carried the program on his able shoulders. We all looked forward to attending the program each day because of him. Besides his knowledge and expertise, it was his positive and amiable nature which endeared him to us. He is perfectly placed in the helping profession to help those who need it.

You want to grow spiritually without the mumbo jumbo concepts and approach of teaching? Do you want a teacher and a group which learns and help each other with personal sharing's and heartfelt empathy then "Mindful Living" with Ajay Kalra is the class to be in.I have been active for a few months and it did'nt take me more than a week to experience and feel the difference. I am definitely more aware than before and I can't thank him enough that on my own without having any desire that I practice meditation and mindfulness every single day! I find my relationships more enriching and my work more fulfilling and enduring! 😀
